Background
A regional financial institution was growing fast and had exhausted one of its primary data centers. It operated a complex network of servers, databases, and networking components with manual configuration. Any changes consumed a substantial amount of their IT team's time. This manual approach led to human errors and hindered the organization's ability to scale quickly and respond to changing demands.
MerakiPoint has been engaged to assess its primary data center resources, evaluate the applications, devise an exit strategy from the data center to facilitate a smooth transition to the cloud.

Our Solution
MerakiPoint performed an in-depth review of IT infrastructure, applications and tools and softwares used in the organization. The team created standardized IaC blueprints that described client's infrastructure requirements.

The team also defined DevOps practices in alignment with Agile practices to establish CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and Infrastructure provisioning with security best practices. Integrated company IaC blueprints into its CI/CD pipelines. This comprehensive approach addressed the organization's current challenges as well as paved the way for future scalability and agility.
